REGIONS

IPF believes in de-centralized governance structure that facilitates democratic representation. This would enable each of the Chapters to take up local issues while adhering to overall framework of strengthening PRIs.

IPF plans to have six Chapters as illustrated below

North: Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Delhi, Ladakh, Chandigarh, Jammu & Kashmir

South: Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Lakshadweep, Puducherry, Andaman & Nicobar

East: Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Odisha

North East: Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Sikkim, Tripura, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland

West: Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu

Central: Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand

Membership to these chapters will have adequate representation from scheduled areas V and VI.
